I haven't added any art to my page in forever, and I don't think that will change any time soon. My main art form is dance, and I've finally been focusing on that rather than dabbling in everything. I still appreciate all the arts though, and I come here all the time to watch my favorite artists and find new dance art. (Check out my dance collection!) I wish there was a better way for me to show my art, as I feel dance is primarily visual, but I don't have any good recent photos of my dancing. I will post a link to the company I am dancing with for anyone who is interested in checking it out:
[link] We just had a guest artist in residency who taught us the work of a great modern dance choreographer of the 60's. It's about concentration camps in the Holocaust, and it's probably one of the most intense dances I will ever do. In one part I'm an officer keeping guard while a woman screams and tries to escape, and later I'm part of a group being herded into the showers to be gassed. I feel like the choreographer was an amazing visual artist, but instead of paint on canvas she used dancers on a stage, so the dancers have to mold ourselves to be exactly the image she wanted to portray.
I think the thing that attracts me to DeviantArt the most is seeing all the people who are driven toward their art with great passion because it reminds me so much of my passion for dance, and it inspires me to stay driven. Thank you to everyone here who inspires me, and keep reaching!

So you are obviously interested in dance - do you study seriously?
